It’s just a mask. It’s just voluntary social distancing. It’s just two weeks – to “flatten the curve.” It’s just temporary. This goes on and on. The point is simple: take responsibility for your own life both physically and spiritually. Take care of your health and your family. Don’t expect the government or your neighbor to take care of you. The government is happy to help, but it comes at a high cost. We all need to take responsibility for ourselves and make well-informed decisions every day.
The masks have not been proven to do anything but cause more health problems. They are not helping to prevent the wearer from contracting or spreading anything. Be informed; not from a single source, but from many sources and then make an intelligent, reasonable response.
Also beware of the so-called vaccines being encouraged. No manufacturer liability, emergency approval, no human testing, limited or no animal testing, with wildly varied side-effects and death being reported are reasons not to immediately (or ever) take the shot. 18 thoughtful reasons are here, but it’s definitely on the low priority list for a virus with a 99% survivability rate.
Your best approach to a healthy life is proper nutrition, perhaps including vitamin and mineral supplements, and regular exercise. Go outside and enjoy nature and your family and friends.
